How do I use Breast-Warmers™?
- Wear Breast-Warmers 20-30 min before collecting colostrum and expressing breastmilk to achieve improved flow and a greater yield.
- Wear most of the time, or all the time, if you easily get blocked milk ducts and to prevent mastitis.
- Wear 20-30 min before feeding if you are engorged to prevent the milk "getting stuck" which can cause blocked ducts. Blocked ducts can in turn cause mastitis.
- Wear all of the time for Vasospasm.
- If you leak lots of milk, simply wear nursing pads underneath Breast-Warmers.

I had nipple vasospasms and breast warmers made such a difference to my comfort and pain! Amazing would recommend getting 2 pairs so you can have one pair and one being washed. Washed very well in washing machine on wool cycle. Highly recommend especially with the cold weather
Warm, large round pads.
I leak milk throughout the day so really they just operate as absorbent breast pads that get wet from milk, then unfortunately become cold.
Would be better if placed over or on top of regular breast pads to avoid this.
Great they are warming for you Hayley. Please use absorbent nursing pads underneath Breast-Warmers while you leak milk, this will assist your comfort and keep you warmer. x
