How do I use Breast-Warmers™?

• Wear Breast-Warmers 20-30 min before collecting colostrum and expressing breastmilk to achieve improved flow and a greater yield. 
• Wear most of the time, or all the time, if you easily get blocked milk ducts and to prevent mastitis. 
• Wear 20-30 min before feeding if you are engorged to prevent the milk "getting stuck" which can cause blocked ducts. Blocked ducts can in turn cause mastitis.
• Wear all of the time for Vasospasm.
